By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Do not misuse our Services, for example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content that you access. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
YOUR GAR PORTAL ACCOUNT
You may need a GAR Portal Account (“account”) in order to use all our Services. You may create your own account, or an account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution.
ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS AND SECURITY
The Internet is not a secure medium. However, GAF will endeavor to protect all personal information collected through the GAF Portal in accordance with appropriate data protection standards.
The registration processes for the GAR may involve entering basic information and a password to access the account created. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account name and password. You agree to (a) immediately notify GAF of any unauthorised use of your password or account and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. GAF cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
When you register for the GAR we ask you to provide certain personal information, including a valid email address, location and username. We may collect additional information such as physical address and additional authentication information, to provide you with the services you need (such as payment or making official contacts), or to ensure the marketplace integrity (for example, prevention of fraud). We collect information to provide better services and enhanced user experience to all of our participants.
In addition, we collect information while you access, browse, view or otherwise use the GAR Portal. In other words, when you access the GAR Portal we are aware of your usage of the Portal, and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage, including geo-location information, IP address, device and connection information, browser information and web-log information, and all the transactions recorded by Users through the Portal. We use that information to enhance user experience, personalize your browsing experience as well as monitor the Portal for fraud and inappropriate content or behavior.
PRIVACY AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
YOUR CONTENT IN OUR SERVICES
Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, and process your contents. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.
When you upload, submit, or store content to our Services, you give GAF a worldwide licence to use, host, store and process such content. The rights that you grant in this licence are for the limited purpose of performing required Services, and to develop new ones. This licence continues even if you stop using our Services. Make sure that you have the necessary rights to grant us this licence for any content that you submit to our Services.
ABOUT SOFTWARE SERVICES
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

We take great care in maintaining the security of the Portal and your information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur. Users who have registered to the Portal agree to keep their password in strict confidence and not disclose such password to any third party.
